Well if you think about it, it does make sense in a way. If he is physically incapable of doing what the murderer did then he could not have possibly killed the victim. However, there is no way to prove this. I don’t care if the guy can barely walk normally. If you are determined and full of adrenalin or drugs you can pull of some normally impossible feats. He better find some better evidence or excuse to keep himself from going to prison for the murder.
